  • Please allow 2-3 business days to process and ship order(s).
  • After processing, South Made Co. will email customer a shipping confirmation with tracking.
  • Item(s) will be shipped Monday - Saturday, excluding holidays.
  • During holiday or promotional sales,  South Made Co. may experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  • If there is a significant delay in shipment of your item(s), we will let customer know via email.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address.
  • Once item(s) have shipped South Made Co. will not be able to change shipping address.
  • South Made Co. will not be responsible for, or able to refund / replace item(s) shipped to the wrong address.
  • If item(s) are returned to South Made Co. marked "return to sender" or "undeliverable", customer will be responsible for reshipping fee.
  • South Made Co. doesn't offer international shipping at this moment.
