RETURNS
- Customer will have up to 21 calendar days from the date received to return item(s).
- If returned after the 21 days, item(s) will be returned to customer at their expense.
- To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unused and in the original condition.
- South Made Co. will not accept items that have been worn, washed, altered or scented.
- If item(s) came with a tag. Tag must be still intact.
- Shipping charges incurred during checkout are non refundable.
- Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost.
- A refund will be eligible only after the item(s) have been thoroughly inspected and comply with return policy.
- If item(s) aren't in compliance of return policy, item(s) will be shipped back to customer at their expense.
- Once inspected, credit will be refunded in the form of customer's original method of payment.
- Refund time will vary from bank to bank.
- Item(s) that are final sale, discounted or purchased at events (festivals,pop-ups,etc.) will not be eligible for returns.
EXCHANGES
- South Made Co. will offer exchanges on qualified item(s). All and any exchanges must comply with return policy.
- Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost for exchanges.
- South Made Co. will ship exchanged item(s) back to customer Free of Charge. (Limits do apply.)
- If requested exchange is unavailable. Customer will have a choice of a alternative item, that is of equal value or store credit.
- Please allow 3 to 7 days for processing once item(s) have been received.
- Final sale or discounted item(s) will not be eligible for exchanges.

DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED GOODS
- Item(s) that are defective or damaged upon arrival must be reported within 48 hours.
- Please email us at Shop@Southmadecompany.com. Include pictures of damaged item(s) and order number.
- South Made Co. will supply a return label once email of pictures and order number have been received and looked over.
- Return defective / damaged item(s) back to South Made Co. within 7 days of receiving return label.
- South Made Co. will send replacement item(s) ASAP.
- If packaging is damaged and /or opened on arrival. Please take pictures before opening. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship.
WRONG GOODS
- Received wrong item(s).
- Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at Shop@Southmadecompany.com. Include order number and statement of what is wrong with the order.
- South Made Co. will supply a return label and will cover shipping cost to customer.
- Return wrong item(s) within 7 days of receiving return label.
